Tuition Fees

While we know that your child’s education is truly priceless, here you can find detailed information about the tuition fees at the International School of Navarra. The information has been updated with the rates for the 2025–2026 academic year.

Discounts and payment options

PAYMENT METHODS AND DISCOUNTS

1- Monthly direct debit (10 months), from September to June, you must complete the direct debit form. The return of any bill will be subject to the corresponding bank charges.

2- Transfer of the annual fee: only payment by transfer will be accepted for payment of the full annual fee.

– Families who pay the annual fee before 30th June will benefit from a 4% discount (this discount does not apply to the canteen or bus service).

All international transfers will be received for a net amount.

In both cases, it is compulsory to indicate a Spanish bank account in which to make the payment of items such as school services and educational resources, by completing the direct debit form sent by the school.

2nd child: 10% discount
3rd child: 30% discount
4th child: 75% discount

Payment conditions
The school will apply a 20€ administrative penalty for bounced payments.

An additional 20€ penalty fee will be applied for each month of delay for each month of delayed payment.

Failure to meet the deadlines for timely payment of the installments by a family could mean the interruption of the schooling of the students enrolled until the debt is settled. International School of Navarra reserves the right to definitively cancel the student(s) enrollment if this situation persists.

Withdrawal 
To withdraw a student, families must always contact the Admissions Department (admissions@isnavarra.es).

If a student is withdrawn in the middle of an installment, the current installment fee will not be refunded. If a student is withdrawn for the following installment, families must notify the Admissions Department at least 1 month in advance; otherwise, the Deposit will not be refunded.

Fees not included:
● School uniforms: families can purchase these at El Corte Inglés
● EAL(English as an Additional language Programme) classes and/or additional support for students with mild difficulties may incur an additional supplement.
● Fees for recognition, UNED registration, etc. The school will manage these processes and will only charge for the costs incurred by the different third-party institutions.
● IGCSE exams, IB exams.
